ש 3 תכנית לתואר שני בסיעוד )M.A( מס' קורס: 01634935 בריאות קידום קורס "ס שעות הקורס: סמסטר ב' יום שלישי, בשעות 16-19 מרצה: דר' ענת עמית אהרון, anatamit@tauex.tau.ac.il שעות קבלה: בתיאום מראש רציונל: קידום בריאות הינו תהליך בו ניתן לשפר את רמת הבריאות של הפרט והקהילה. תהליך זה ממוקד בהתנהגות הפרט והחברה ועשוי למנוע תחלואה ולצמצם תמותה. מחקרים מצביעים על הקשר שבין אימוץ התנהגות מקדמת בריאות לבין ירידה ברמת תחלואה ותמותה. כדי להשיג מטרה זו יש לבצע אומדן קהילתי, לזהות צרכים ייחודיים, לקבוע מטרות ולהציע תכניות להכרה והטמעה של התנהגויות מקדמות בריאות. עידוד קידום הבריאות של הפרט והקהילה, הינו אתגר עבור הסיעוד. במטרה לאפשר התנהגויות מקדמות בריאות, על הסיעוד לפעול למען מדיוניות מקדמת בריאות, סביבה תומכת בריאות, העצמת מטופלים ושיתוף קהילתי. נדבך נוסף של הקורס הינו הכרה של תכניות לאומיות לקידום בריאות בישראל. מטרות הקורס: חשיפת הסטודנטי ם לחשיבות תהליכי קידום בריאות ככלי יישומי במערך כוללני של בריאות האדם והקהילה. הקורס: יעדי בסיום הקורס הסטודנט: יתאר את ההתפתחות ההיסטורית של קידום בריאות יגדיר מושגי יסוד בקידום בריאות
יכיר גישות ומודלים לאבחון וקידום בריאות של הפרט והקהילה יתאר את תפקידי הסיעוד בקידום בריאות יכיר את גישת "הקהילה כשותף בקידום בריאות" יכיר תהליכי קידום בריאות בקרב אוכלוסיות ייחודיות יתאר את תפקיד המדיה החברתית בשיווק מסרי בריאות יכיר תכניות לאומיות לקידום בריאות ויוכל לנתחם על פי מודלים לקידום בריאות שילמדו תכנית הקורס: מושגי יסוד בקידום בריאות: גורמים המשפיעים על בריאות הפרט והקהילה )הדטרמיננטים של הבריאות(, הבחנה בין קידום בריאות לחינוך לבריאות, רמות מנע וקידום בריאות, הון חברתי, אוריינות בריאותית, העצמה וכשירות תרבותית. תהליכים היסטוריים בקידום בריאות אשר הובילו לאסטרטגיות ועקרונות יישומיים בקידום בריאות, אמנות WHO לקידום בריאות. מודלים ותיאוריות לניבוי שינוי התנהגות בריאות של היחיד והחברה: Health Belief Model של Pender מודל קידום הבריאות של,Precede-Proceed Model,Rosenstock מדדים לבריאות הקהילה: הכרת הקהילה באמצעות אומדן קהילתי ושיתוף הפרט והקהילה בתהליכי קידום בריאות. עקרונות בתכנון תכניות קידום בריאות, וועדות היגוי, איגום משאבים והערכת תכניות קודים בריאות "ארגז כלים": אמצעים להעברת מסר בריאותי, שיווק חברתי, תורת השכנוע, אינטרנט ורשתות חברתיות תכניות לאומיות לקידום בריאות: התכנית החיסונים הלאומית, התוכנית הלאומית למניעת מומים מולדים; התוכנית הלאומית למניעת עישון ועוד..1.2.3.4.5.6.7 שיטות הוראה: הרצאות, דיונים, ניתוח אירועים במהלך הקורס יועבר דרך אתר הקורס במודל, שני שיעורים מקוונים. השיעורים המקוונים הם חלק בלתי נפרד ממערך השיעורים ועל הסטודנט חלה החובה ללמוד את השיעורים באופן עצמאי. דרישות הקורס:

Be familiar with the historical development of health promotion. Explain the principles and strategies of health promotion. Recognize tools for collecting health data and community assessment. Explain the approach of community as partner. Explain the factors influence healthy behavior. Explain and analyze the steps in behavioral change according to health promotion models Be familiar with frameworks that promote health. Be familiar with techniques for instructing groups for example, social media. Explain and analyze national health promotion programs and health promotion setting. Course description / summery Promoting health is a preventive behavior, which strives to increase a person s well being and help him realize his full health potential.
Week-by-week content, assignments, reading Recently, the public has demonstrated increased awareness towards health promotion and has become aware of the connection between lifestyle and disease, and is adopting behaviors that promote health. This new trend towards promoting health is a challenge for nursing and nurses ability to make a difference by disseminating information, identifying risk groups, and developing programs that can help individuals and communities change previous habits and adopt behaviors that promote health. It is important to instill the principles of this concept to all those working in the health professions, especially among nurses. The course will deal with developing an approach that promotes health by identifyinging skills for assessment and community intervention. Course topics: 1. Basic concepts relating to health promotion, such as: Health promotion, health education, determinants of health (individual and community), empowerment, health literacy, social capital, cultural competency, mediation and advocacy. 2. Historical development from health education to health promotion. 3. Principles and strategies of health promotion according to the Alma-Ata Declaration, the Ottawa Charter, the Jakarta Declaration and the Bangkok and Nairobi Charter. 4. The community as partner model.
5. Tools for collecting data to examine knowledge, attitudes and behavior as a basis for community assessment. 6. The health belief model, Prochaska s spiral model of change, precede-proceed model, Pender's health promotion model. 7. National health promotion programs. 8. Principles in transmitting the health messages 9. The roles of nurses as health promoters. Goals, objectives and evaluation of health promotion programs. Assessment method and grade composition Teaching methods: Lectures, discussions and simulations During the semester the students will be require to learn by themselves two virtual lessons. The online lessons is an inseparable part of the lessons and the student is required to study the lessons independently. Grade: Presentation in pairs with 20% passing score. The main theme of the presentations and detailed instructions for viewing your presentation will be delivered during the first lesson. The list of topics will be formulated until the third lesson. Presentation length: 15 minutes. It is mandatory to submit the printed presentation and references list. Final examination, 80%. Minimum grade for passing the course: 60
