In the current circumstances we have had no choice but to shorten our prayers, but we hope we have preserved the soul of the service and that together we can create a spirit of concentration and contemplation. KEDUSHAH: THE THIRD BLESSING In the Kedushah, the congregation responds to the reader with quotations from the prophets, emphasising God s transcendence, Holy, holy, holy is the God of hosts, yet stressing how God s glory fills the world. As it says in the Torah, The Lord our God, the Lord is one, for God is our sovereign and our salvation.
