מלוגותרפיה והלאה: מבוא לתיאוריות ומודלים לטיפול נפשי בעת זקנה מרצה: ד ר סוניה א. לצטר-פאו שנה ל תשע ט טל 054-6650714 מס קורס 287.4313 דוא ל sonialp@netvision.net.il שעות: 10.00-8.30 בסמסטר א שעות: 10.15-11.45 בסמסטר ב אתר www.soniapouw.co.il כיתת לימוד בסמסטר א 707 שעת קבלה: בתיאום טלפוני מראש מטרת הקורס מטרת הקורס היא הכנת בסיס תיאורטי, אמפירי ופרקטי של גישות התערבות נבחרות להתערבות נפשית, לשיפור הרווחה הנפשית של בני הגיל השלישי יעדים בסוף הקורס הסטודנטים יכירו מספר גישות התערבות נבחרות ושימושיות לעבודה טיפולית עם האדם המבוגר. תהיה לסטודנטים ראייה רחבה על הצרכים הרגשיים והחברתיים של האדם המבוגר ועל אפשרויות טיפול כמענה לצרכיהם תוך רגישות לרקע התרבותי של האדם. הסטודנטים יידעו להעריך מצבים בהם יש צורך להפנות אדם למסגרת טיפולית פסיכו-סוציאלית. לסטודנטים יהיו כלים ומיומנויות להתערבות ולשיחה טיפולית עם הזקן ועם בני משפחתו. תכנית הקורס רקע תיאורטי כבסיס לטיפול פסיכו-חברתי עם זקנים מושגי יסוד בפסיכותרפיה אינטגרטיבית בגיל השלישי 1
לוגותרפיה: לקחת אחריות ומציאת משמעות בגיל מבוגר תיאוריות וגישות טיפול פסיכו-חברתיות בחולי דמנציה הגישה האקזיסטנציאליסטית טיפול אקזיסטנציאליסטי בהתמודדות עם אבדן ועם סוף החיים בקרב האדם המבוגר ומשפחתו גרונטולוגיה פמיניסטית התערבות פסיכו-סוציאלית עם ניצולי שואה תהליכי התמודדות עם אבדן ואפשרויות טיפול עבודה קבוצתית וסדנת התנסות בגישה הפסיכו-חינוכית תוך התייחסות לתיאוריית ההתקשרות במסגרת הטיפולית תרגול CBT בעבודה טיפולית עם אנשים זקנים הנושאים הנ"ל יידונו בשיעורים ברקע תיאוריות, גישות ומודלים טיפוליים פרטניים, זוגיים ומשפחתיים וכן מזווית תמיכתית וטיפולית. כמו-כן נתייחס לרקע הסוציו-אקונומי של האדם ולרקע החברתי-התרבותי אליו הוא שייך. הדיון התיאורטי ישולב עם דוגמאות מהשטח של המרצה ושל הסטודנטים. הספרות המצוינת בשתי כוכביות ** היא קריאה חובה להכנת השיעורים. הספרות המצוינת בכוכבית אחת * היא מומלצת מאוד להעמקת ההבנה של הנושא הנלמד באותו השיעור. דרישות הקורס ומרכיבי הציון נוכחות חובה. בהתחלת השיעורים יועבר דף נוכחות עליו יחתמו הסטודנטים ולא תתאפשר כניסה לשיעורים לאחר התחלתם. ביותר מ- 2 היעדרויות בסמסטר יירדו 10 נקודות מהציון הסופי וב- 5 היעדרויות בשני הסמסטרים מתבטל הקורס. הצגת מקרים מהשטח מתבקשת כחלק אינטגראלי בשיעורים. מרכיבי הציון קריאת החומר והשתתפות פעילה על ידי הבאת נושאים לדיון מהספרות ומהשטח 10% הצגת מאמר (הנחיות למטה) בכיתה בשילוב עם מקרה מהשטח בסמסטר ראשון 15% כתיבת תרגיל (הנחיות למטה) אמצע סמסטר בסמסטר שני 15% 2
